When you enter this cozy and elegant restaurant, there is a “market style” layout so you can choose the type of fish or seafood you would like to have before you have ever seen a menu. Extremely busy with locals and tourists combined. Good, fresh, wholesome seafood what more could you want.
Nice warm atmosphere and very good Italian food. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. The plates were well presented and pasta was not overdone. Great place to spend an enjoyable evening.
The food was excellent, and there was a good range on the menu. The staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining any dish we had questions about. The outside area was enclosed and non-smoking which is rare in Italy. Pizzas are both Roman and Neopolitan style. Very popular place with the locals. Good place to take the kids.

L’Arcangelo has wonderful updated classic roman cuisine. The service was efficient and friendly. The food was excellent with main courses that included specials of pigeon, quail, fish all done with real skill and presentation. Wine by the glass or bottle. A must try while you are in Rome.
