A young Chef from Modena delivers creative, regional cuisine.
With an emphasis on Emilia Romagna cuisine, the young Chef Simone Bonelli, delivers delicious and creative fare. From interpretive creme brulee parmesan, to vitello tonnato (which was medallions of veal and tuna) to a delicious maiale wrapped in speck, the food is always well prepared, inventive, but repectful of tradition. Excellent, but not fancy. Great wine list too.
